Idigo paata.... Hi folks, It has been an eventful journey for close to 7 years. The seven year itch has struck and the northern climes are beckoning. I have decided to move on to a different role, back to my background in M&A and to the very exciting industry of gears and transmissions !!! I have been through some nice times here (and some tough ones too) – from our acquisition of A and our investments in B to my recent years in Finance. I have been lucky to have some great bosses to work with – from my earlier boss in M&A - D to A and E. I have been even luckier to have a wonderful team – if I have seen farther, it is only because I have stood on the shoulders of the excellent IN and SEA Finance teams. A huge shout out to you guys. For the short period that we have had this combined team, I have had the immense pleasure of working with many of you and knowing you closely and you have been lovely colleagues and friends. XX is poised at the cusp of something exciting and you will continue to play a key role in that change. I wish you success in whatever you do in XX or elsewhere. After i put in my papers today after 7 years, i got some pretty touching responses, i think i will take a compilation of these and frame them...  "We will terribly miss you as part of our closely knit team. You are a wonderful human being, unsophisticated, pragmatic & one of the best managers I have worked with.
