Thanks much chanti bro.. maa plan- wife F1 interview attend avadam on JAN 8 TH.. In case reject ayithe H1-H4 interview appointment theeskondam ani plan.. Last 1 or 2 weeks mundu ante appointments kastam avuthayemo ani oka concern.. process change chesaaru last 1 month nunchi Nenu just H1 stamping jan 21st ki appointment theesukuni ,, in case wife F1 reject ayithe last 1 or 2 weeks lo .. same appointment lo dependents add cheyyadam possible ye na?? Babai.... Inni days gap bundalani emi ledu...maa friend valla wife kuda same situation H4 lo velli F1 ki maari ikkadiki stamping vachindi. Ikkada stamping veyyaledu, so tanu with in a week H4 stamping vellindi. She got it stamped wihtout any problem | ||

ccdbians My Wife is applying for F1 Visa in chennai(after getting COS from H4-F1 ). I am hoping that everything goes well and she gets F1 visa. we also have a back up plan to get H4 for her as I am going for H1 stamping (after H1 extension) I would like to know how soon after F1 Visa interview if gets rejected can she apply for H4 ? Is there wait time and Will there be any effect on H4 visa stamping because of the end result of F1 stamping? appreciate your help |
