Hyd lo decent areas lo plots vundi vaatini safe gaa vunchadam kosam kashta padutunna vaallaki oka manchi idea mee plot area ni level / treat chesi badminton / tennis court laa cheyinchi rent ki ivvandi... very less investment... manchi res area ayithe huge rental income and plot will be safe. Desam lo oil pulling, manthena etc tarvta current wave badminton. Hyd nundi ongole/nellore varaku evarini kadilinchina morning 5-6 am nundi night 8-9 pm varaku eppudu padithe appudu badminton ani age diff lekundaa velthunnaru lot of people are renting the court on monthly basis (1-2 hours per day) i have started ground work in my plot... thought it might help others.
