squash/raquet ball better..especially for beginners.. tennis ata raakapothe, lite teesukuntam..like nuvvu ball kodthe avathala vadu vadileyatam..vadu kodithe nuvvu vadileyatam..at some pt we will even stop trying.. same thing to some extent applies to squas/raquet ball..but still ikkada interest levels ekkuvuga untayi..endukante ball within a closed room untundhi..so..u'll try more.. just an observation.. Visalandhra book house, koti - one stop place for all telugu literature..(books,novels, literature etc).. |

jack in all.. Iliked squash a lot.. rocquet is dangerous and got frozen sholder do not play badmenton without warm-up.. it hurts a lot Tennis same, take precaution like knees and lbow and of course warm up before seruious play.. |

Squash - you will get tired in less than 30mins. great workout. Tennis - you could play more than an hour it depends on your partner. I play badminton regularly, weekly twice and about 2.5hrs each time. I used to play tennis but got elbow problems and also it's difficult to switch the style between badminton and tennis. I stuck with badminton and enjoy it a lot. I played squash may be 4 times and I like it. I am thinking of taking it little more seriously. |
