Once again seeing xperiencing true color Of fellow Indian ppl, As we r in prod environment Working on very tight schedule Ppl r going so insecure and crazyy I have been watching a gujju coworker Who are very much junior to me got Too much attention seeking. As he got assignment To Interact data center folks and it's my Resp to make patches are organized And available in time. This guy was good until he get this assignment Donno Wat makes him to behave like that He started acting as if all under his control So he started keep saying all of patches Are ready or not etc and asking about each And every patch is correct and their functionality Etc. He started dominating like anything in front Of every one. I reached my saturation point and yday I replied politely. Don't create a scene I know my work don't keep bugging me If I need any help I ask u then u help Until then mind urs work Since then he stopped interacting me Not even eye to eye contact while interacting In off work. I understand how I he is feeling. The way I chosen and repliy to him make Me very happy. How many of u do the same like me?
