yes...if u read book, u r not concentrating on your workout..or u are not running fast.

I stopped the isolation stuff...was thinking adding more sets/reps to romanian deadlifts instead of curls, probably will start medicine ball curls


Islation stuff is not for everyone..if you just want to get into shape, dont do isolation and concentrate on compounds.

isolation is for someone already in very good shape (less than 10% BF) but just want to work on some lagging areas

Hamstring curls is not overrated..its a good excercise but that will just do isolation.

Romanian deadlifts is a good excercise which is a free weight excercise. This will include stabilizer muscles also (so basically you will develop your core and also hammies)

if you ask me which one to use, I would say both, but rotate them..

1. "Legs With Cardio" - on this day, are you able to do cardio at peak level or same level as other days? you just worked out your legs - I think it is better to give then a good 24 hrs rest to recuperate and grow( not height, muscle :-) ).
2. are you doing 1,2,3,4 on successive days? I feel it is better to do 1,2 followed by a day of cardio and then your 3 and 4
3. Also shoulders kee separate roju gurinchi think cheyyi- you can pair with arms or legs workout..I do it on lower body day since I have enough time coz of no cardio day

5' 9", 203 Pounds. Started Gym from October. Doing only Elliptical and treadmill...burning 900 calories 5 times a week.

Needless to say, saw pretty good results initially but after 1 month, I am barely losing weight. Need to continue this routine and would like to lose at least 15 pounds.
Fan of Fab 5: Sachin, Rahul, Saurav, Laxman and Kumble.

SEP 2011 lo one year goal pettukunna: 190lbs to 160lbs in last 15 weeks. 10lbs more to loose by end of February. Start weight training some time in March for next 6 months. Goal is get in good muscular shape by SEP 2012.

you are quite young
build you base first...run, jog, use stair mill, cycling, elliptical..do a variety of cardio things...just make sure ur HR is over 130 and not over 160
and each week, do at least two complete routines of weights...dont worry that you have to buy bigger shirts...loads of time needed for that too

weights workout taruvaatha arms stiff awwatam is common
but to do running lo arms tighten awwatam is not a factor right...even on elliptical you can restrict movement of arms

i do cardio later as i cannot lift heavy( in my range) after i do cardio

obviously, lower body chesina roju i dont do cardio...i do a warm up cardio before i start weights on that day

I came down to 145 while i was in US....after coming back i gained 7 lbs in last 2 years
I do strength training and ab crunches but not excessive..just normal. I like running...just do it for relaxation.

1) swimming
2) racquet ball

already torn labral tear case naadi..daaniki thodu..back side of the shoulder kooda problem undi..from last year..

the problem is not acute enough to require a surgery..but it does not have enough strength to let me do whatever I want to do ..

my only chance to continue playing the game is..do physio therapy and strengthen of whatever is left and use that..anthe..

all these problems are because of no proper coaching on when to do weights vs stretching..maa intlo body builders undadam valla..inspire ayyi..week ki 4 days weights sese todini..1 or 2 days rest tho kirkit elli full stretching chesetodini..that tore it ani naa feeling

but having some bloodpressure fluctuations recently (heriditory :-()..so keep running daily..reduce sodium

raju bro, I am not an an expert in sports medicine but nenu aadina kirkit lo naa exp posting
i used to play in desham...basic gaa local colony team... betting games etc
had a decent arm...could throw for 40-50 yds, on one bounce, flat ...not side arm throw
bowling was basically slow medium...maa gangu type
MS lo oka semester baa workout chesaa...kallis type lo unday waadnee
i found that with same bowling action i could really hurl the ball when I wanted as my back muscles were at their strongest I ever felt

mee shoulder kosam along with regular shoulder exercises, i guess u need to workout your rotatory cuffs too since you are a bowler

relatively good shape but need some strength and conditioning work outs.. problem is not able to keep the fitness level for long.. i lose weight as soon as i stop working out.. even a week's break shows change..
