As an electrical engineer, professionally I understand their product. They are on the right path. Having said that, I have no opinion on whether someone should invest in them or not. They sounded genuine. It's a risk/reward equation. Right now, the risk is quite high. And the reward. they seem to indicate 100X profit in 3 years. That is how tier1 capital investments work. Most of the dudes here do not have any idea about Tier 1,2 Mezzanine level investing and going public. So the whole idea looks like a fraud. It is not. Only about 1% of Tier1 ventures make it to going public. Those who do not are not fraud. The idea simply did not work. Just like a flop movie producer is not a fraud. my honest opinion is, it is a risk/reward equation. If they can show me the proof of their first order they mentioned, it's a no brainer. But when they have that order in hand, they can get 10Cr check from a single investor. You and I do not get a chance. It's not even trust or honesty. Things simply may not work as palnned for them, so it may go waste. On the other hand, their plans may work to the T and you may make 100X profit. It's a pure risk/reward equation. Like playing in a Casino. What chance do you have, really? My take is this: Every entrepreneur has a dream. Just like every prospective director has a story. Just like every movie does not succeed, every entrepreneur also does not succeed. But both will try to get their venture off the ground. So, trying itself does not constitute dishonesty. You cannot stop trying because people may think you are not genuine. So, like you have every right to not to trust, every entrepreneur has the right to seek funding. Why they couldn't find 10Cr from one investor? Well, how many of us can raise 10Cr? AND i am not disclosing any thing related to PRODUCT/Project/current orders etc. But IMO it sounds like a ponzy scheme. More the details you know more questions you will ask. Meeku ardham ayye laa simple terms lo cheppali ante.... Saakshi paper or some other jagan's companies lo production ki munde investors 1000's of crores ivest cheyadam reasonable ayithe idi kuda reasonable. Company complete gaa form avvaledu.. production start kaaledu.. or production/manufacturing ki clear plans levu as of now... BUT still 50 crore + orders ready gaa vunnayi from india's BIG companies... and some more orders are in the pipeline from Indonesia and other small countries... Company ki oka website, or product brochure, or product picture emi levu... all we have so far is lots of TEXT and few excel graphs showing estimated returns over next 5 years or so... what is stopping them to register as public company and go for IPO?? I understand the pain of going thru the process, but 10L as minimum amount for total of 10 crs will exceed 50 investors limit. So, they choose the investor based on the investment and rest will be paid back? i assume it will be on the lines of amount and first come first serve basis. Also, when they are already holding an order of 55 crs why they are not approaching banks. Banks never intervene in the management of the company or day-to-day activities except you need to submit all relevant documents as a project, as the company said they have already installed samples and likely to get more orders?? I think they are looking for investors as per their call...
They never said the total investor's should be less than 50...in case it exceeds 50 it should be registered as a public company is what they said...Moreover they already identified a lot of investors and think there is no hard and fast rule that they say on investment limit....They are saying it is in the benefit of the company to have small investors instead of one single body governing it. They already stated that they do have offers from lot of big heads and politicians and I myself have seen a lot of people offering 90% of the initial investment ....the reason for them looking into small time investors instead of taking big investors into picture initially is to have more control and grip on the project. I would ask you to mail them back with these questions as they can give u a better picture about it. | ||
