@kamal don't spend anymore of your dollars. sell the car,disconnect your phone and stop whatever payments you are making. make sure you get a resignation letter/employment letters from all your previous employers. this is a must if you get employed by any of the multinational companies. they will do background checks. don't withdraw all your money right away. dollar rupee value is increasing. one year ago it was 46 now it is 51 jobs are plenty here but at same time getting a call, attending interviews etc etc is time consuming process. India li interviews are a torture | ||

Client letter? As the consulate reviews the submitted documents, they can ask you for more documents including passport. Once they have completed the review, the would either send the passport back w/ stamped visa or reject the visa and send the petition back to USCIS for reconsideration. At this point, USCIS can either re-affirm the petition or issue NOIR (notice of intent to revoke). Employer / Attorney need to reply to the queries (NOIR) if received from USCIS, and if everything is ok, it gets Re-Affirmed from the USCIS. | ||

exactly, they are probably the first generation to go through so much change kada....it is not about serials, they are handicapped here, completely dependent on us. We need to think from parents/inlaws perspective too, I am trying very hard. My parents don't even want to come to US for visit. They visited me once before the kids and we pretty much covered US, my bad. So, I can't even lure them with travel My dad can't stay beyond 3 weeks. They are used to a routine and life here can be extremely boring for them. My cousin living in Chennai wants his parents to stay with him but his parents don't want to leave their village and familiar surroundings. And with age, travel becomes even harder. If you do make a decision to go back, do it wholeheartedly, otherwise you will live life like an obligation and there is no fun in that. | ||
