CJ dora...early morning workouts take more energy than evening ones....to the extent of 30%...some times........surprise ur body everyday.......sometimes just run 10 miles and dont run for 5-6 days in between......then run for may be a mile everyday...for 3 days and then 5 miles one day......... Yoga gives u a lot of discipline |

do you perspire enough to feel like chiru in magamaharaju? if u can, invest in a heart rate monitor...costs around 80-100.. wrap it around ur chest(bare skin)....digital watch istaadu...u can see ur hear rate in it... aa 4 miles meeru HR less than 115-120 chestuntay...trust me u can cycle for the whole day without feeling a pinch u shud target higher 130s to begin with going forward u can make those 40 mins really intense...family life lo manaki self time dorakatam chala arudhu...but max use chesukovaali for good returns |

Mash avocado coarsely with a fork and mix it into the chilli cilantro mix and the chutney is ready. Cooked(Red) variety: Heat oil , add mustard , menthulu , karivepaku, red chillies and garlic. After they are fried add chopped tomatoes ( 3-4 ), turmeric,salt and tamaring pulp. Cook till tomatoes are condensed and oil starts separating. Mash two avocados with a fork. Cool the tomato chutney and mix in the avocado mash. I have read somewhere that kids who have worked out..running/playing a game etc until they are 21 turn out to have lesser issues with Body Fat or Cholestrol in later stages of life.. compared to people who start working out later in life..playing catch up in their 30s.. so the youngsters in DB..if you have not played a sport in your life..this is the time to start ..or at least a workout regime |

the honey we buy in costco has sugar (i realized later). the bellam (zigary) will not cause the jabbu though sweet in nature. the honey made in india with bellam can be consumed as long as its pure honey correct me if i am wrong. Just exercise. Your food habits are good, avi kooda tinakapote you will collapse. Make sure you get atleast 4-5 hours of good exercise in a week, the more the better. No need for any medication.
