Work-life balance is the key. Digital gadgets, phones maneyandi blah blah antha excuses.

Personally for me, these phones and communication tools made me much closer to my extended family and friends. There was a time for about 10 years where I was lost with my friends and cousins, family etc. Now it seems like we are back again.

Mana chinappudu laga in person matadali ante etta avuthadi...society has evolved and we need to evolve and look for ways to improve and build personal long lasting relationships. Ofcourse in person interactions are more effective. But it is not realistic.

excess carbs and sugars,stress( due to over greediness) ,overeating, lack of sleep(usually typical Desi's do not have it i suppose..)
could be the reasons i would think apart from genetic reasons.

these activities are old as our civilization .. not saying they are good habits to have.. just saying.. we may be missing more dangerous lifstyle aspects


agree generally speaking mana lifestyle has changed and we do not follow simple rules

simple exercises - even few stretching exercises
get regular check ups - if you are over 40 go to a Cardio and Diabetic to get complete check up.
always eat dinner early
give a gap of atleast 2-3 hrs between dinner and sleep

most importantly - nutrition ni balance cheyali - too much meats / too much rice / drinks / smoking / - ilantive most dangerous.
In history there is no such thing as the last word on any subject research leads to new things every day

visit a doctor..vonly if you have some rogam..else eat drink venjoy

playing sport or being active is vonly for kids..once one kid is born ..the vonly sport to play is to get the next kid..

not to mention in the name of parties and celebrations...binge drinking

We do not get regular checkups, general apathy towards our health, take it very easy. With the change in lifestyles and out late eating habits and late sleeping we do not need any other extra curricular activities (drinking smoking) to make us risky candidates for heart related issues.
In history there is no such thing as the last word on any subject research leads to new things every day

maa pakka voorilo. about 45 or so age. two small kids. apparently no work pressure or stress/strain. working as consultant for a big company here. No drinking and smoking annaru.

night pain ani complaint. called ambulance and took to hospital. not sure when it happened but by morning declared dead. took 3/4 days to wind up everything and family went back to India. Body left for final rites yesterday.

Please don't engage yourself in too much of work or spend too much time in late night parties.
