If I am not mistaken Tylenol is Acetaminophen. Theraflu is Paracetamol. Both work in different ways. Acetaminophen definitely is dangerous. No more than 120 ml or 120 mg within 24 hours, and no more than 30 ml in less than 4 to 6 hours. Usually it is only cautionary. Over-the-Counter medication causing death is a rarest rarity, unless Liver and Kidney damage already was in-place, then aggravated yes.
