they had a plant in tamilnadu, their options are either setup another plant in same location in TN or in AP, as first plant doesn't meet their demand. They preferred AP to setup second plant as alternative, Modi govt didn't act in either cases, they got fed up and moved else where. TN case was different, AP case was different. AP case lo they wanted 6 months duty relaxation too, so that during that time they can setup a plant and meet the overspill of 15 million pieces. They wanted too crisp action, but govt red-tape didnt allow that, So they wenet elsewhere
