a summary:
"The higher the concentration of free cholesterol within the LDL particle, the less vulnerable it is to oxidation. By contrast, the higher the concentration of cholesterol that is linked to fatty acids, called “esterified cholesterol”, the more vulnerable the LDL is to oxidation.(9) Esterified cholesterol primarily exists in the core of the particle. Free cholesterol primarily exists in the surface membrane where the initial oxidation takes place, so cholesterol seems to protect the PUFA from oxidation.

So, does cholesterol cause atherosclerosis? No!

But do blood lipids? Yes.

Atherosclerosis is a disease in which degenerating lipids infiltrate the blood vessel wall and cause inflammation and degeneration of the local tissue once they arrive there. Solid evidence has amassed in favour of this view for the last 100 years."...

I have a similar problem. I have tried everything like change in diet & did exercise 3 days a week. But it didn't make any difference. The doctor said it could be due to my family genes. I have been on medication since 4 years now.

Nenu weekly 3 days gym and doing multiple muscles like back and squats on the same day. sometimes doing 3 muscle at same day without break for 1 hr. other days spending total time on swimming and tennis.

do not stick to gym. you should get away from gym use it only to tune your body.

5 years ayyindi.. ade sodi chebutunnavu.. ennallu chestavu same muscle building..

There is no conclusive evidence that cholesterol really causes CVDs. Insulin resistance seems to a better predictions of CVDs.

Don’t forget to drink plenty of water. Dehydration plays all sorts of tricks with blood tests.
Cardio and proper hydration will bring that number down within a month.

Doctor chusi all good annadu. I just do moderate exercise( weekly once or twice) and avoid eating junk food.( Idhi important along with sleep and exercise)
Watch out you food and you can avoid most of these

Of course genetics ante ani cheyalem. Doctor prescriptions follow avvalsinde

I am sure you already know this but just want to reiterate the importance...the bad cholestrol that is generated in our blood forms as a plaque in the arteries which will ultimately block the blood flow to our heart...once plaque is formed, there is no way to clean it up, so the damage that is being done everyday due to bad cholesterol is unrepairable, which means even after 2 yrs if you start medication, plaque already formed is formed, medication will just not allow new plaque to be formed...even the cardio excercises doctors recommend is to form new artieries/branches across the heart for blood flow but its not to clean up already blocked arteries...so don't waste too much time, give it a try naturally for a few months and if you don't see any difference, go for the medication..

No refined oils.

My ldl increased to 138
And my hdl decreased to 40?

Doctor said it’s not bcos of I eat junk or not work outs
It’s bcos of genetics from my parents etc
So she suggested me to take medication

But I rejected wann get back to normal
But naturally

I decided to run weekly 3 times min
4 days weight lifting 3 days running or cardio

Any other suggestions who did naturally
