not really. food is supremely imp of course. sleep is as important. most of us ignore that. especially no light dark lo sleep. only way to reset the body. and working out. cold climes lo this is very imp. Indian weather lo em cheyyakunna arigipothadhi .. eeda savukosthadhi.

avasaram ledu...u can get it from veg diet.. are correct..problem emitante amino profile complete vundadu in any veg food(except quinoa.soya) so u need to eat complementary veggies...
like whole grain and gram/bean .. ante for example..rice with muddapappu or millets wise korralu with pesarappapu..its gives complete profile annamaata...

okey saari thinaalsina avasaram kudaa ledu...whole grain thinna 20 hrs lopu gram or bean or some nutsor milk products thinaali ... body ki protien lopam vundakunda vundataaniki..I think I clarified u..

I'm trying to get more protein in my diet via eggs, milk, buttermilk, yogurt, protein powder...no meat. If these are removed, how much protein would you get just by millets or other veggies?

@Sannai..drastic change in diet is not good for your body ani naa idhi...

are you going to live ur entire life thru millets anedhi biggest question?

before starting millets..get ur vitals checked..

introduce millets to your body slowly..once a day...stop milk and coffee (I am doing this currently)

after few months...reduce meat consumption/egss..and increase millets intake like upma, dosa etc.

may be after 6 or 9 months get ur vitals checked and compare the results..u make a call...

not everyone's body will react to new diet in same way..that to when we are in late 30's or early 40's.

Blood group plays an important role too...for some blood groups like O negative..you need to eat more meat than veggies..alanti vallu meat manesi just millets ante..ur body will react in negative way.

so..take it easy and slow...nee current whole diet ni millets tho replace cheyyaku....

milk is supposedly for the calves not humans...

humans only drink milk of other animals...no other creature does it..

Alternate between these millets.. never mix them

No milk/meat/eggs/refined oils
