@Sannai..drastic change in diet is not good for your body ani naa idhi... are you going to live ur entire life thru millets anedhi biggest question? before starting millets..get ur vitals checked.. introduce millets to your body slowly..once a day...stop milk and coffee (I am doing this currently) after few months...reduce meat consumption/egss..and increase millets intake like upma, dosa etc. may be after 6 or 9 months get ur vitals checked and compare the results..u make a call... not everyone's body will react to new diet in same way..that to when we are in late 30's or early 40's. Blood group plays an important role too...for some blood groups like O negative..you need to eat more meat than veggies..alanti vallu meat manesi just millets ante..ur body will react in negative way. so..take it easy and slow...nee current whole diet ni millets tho replace cheyyaku.... goodluck! |
