All the builders you are referring to are big builders and they buy their land so obvious ga 12% untadi... if you want to exactly know what I am talking contact Vertex Verma for the luxury apartments/ row houses they are building in Vij/Chouderypet... a joint venture with Siris then U will get to know the difference |
