GST is one V complicated sector to understan thoroughly..

for example

rental income by letting out properties for residential use will not be taxed under the GST

other type of lease or renting for business would attract GST at 18% ( even if U rent out your residential appt for business, How they use the said property is not the deciding factor )

and ink catch enti ante if your total rental income exceeds 20L per year on all types of rentals ( this limit also includes residential rentals) service tax kick in

I have checked this august with all popular builders in hyderabad , inclunding myhome, aparna, rajapushpa northstar,Vertex &Prestige.




All the builders you are referring to are big builders and they buy their land so obvious ga 12% untadi...

if you want to exactly know what I am talking contact Vertex Verma for the luxury apartments/ row houses they are building in Vij/Chouderypet... a joint venture with Siris then U will get to know the difference

if and only if your builder outright ga koni aa appartmrnt kaduthu undi unteno leka land owner work contract ichi builder tho construct chepistha undi unteno you will pay 12%

BUT land owner and builder joint venture ga chestha undi unte you will end up paying 18%

TDP accepts that YSR govt irrigated 19lac acres in seemandhra,

in 1991, AP debt is 22% of GSDP, in 2004 its 34% of GSDP, in 2014 its 22% of GSDP. now, 35% of AP GSDP.
