All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.
They are going on the technicality of the jurisdiction and are going to say - the law has been interpreted wrongly and hence we are correcting to uphelp the constitution ani.
but still the point is he cannot pass an EO to not give citizenship.
That is not in his purview . If they want to fight that nuance, they have to take away some rights and go to court. For example , prevent them from going for employment, reject passport or have state remove birth certificate as proof of citizenship. Ilantivi cheyyalante malli chala constitutional process vuntadhi!!

Not only me, Everyone in this db are 200000% sure that dependents will be counted against EB category. There is a law suit on EB5 visas on this, but verbage for EB5 is different than other categories anta..
that is one of the reason for GC Backlog.. Lot of requests made not to count family members (not just trump but previous admins).. It is upto the interpretation of USCIS..
140K GCs every year in EB category. For India, every primary applicant consume 2.2 Visas at an average ante.. So actual visas issued are around 70-80K

I know in own family how some people abused by hiding months pregnancy just to get USC to their kid, and some who stayed in the US for many years, still struggling even to get GC.
