Ganguly - 7.5%

Ganguly used to be very greedy in terms of getting strike...he used to push his partners for a single in the last ball of an over several times, got them out eventually

Dravid is a confused master and not a good judge singles ...though not athletic, he always wanted that 'extra run'

Good runners between the wickets I have seen from India are Jadeja, Robin Singh, Sachin, Dhoni, Kaif in my era
Guntur, Hyderabad, Andhra, Telangana, Tamilnadu, Karnataka first....India last!!!

first thing..Vihari replaced Pandya..both are part time bowling unna players..

Nair kurrod ki adi ledu..

if they played 6th batsmen and ignored Nair, then I agree with everyone else..

at the same time..i am not saying neither Pandya or Vihari are 100% genuine allrounders..valla skills atla kalisi vachinayi..with MSK Prasad blessings :D

Confused:

Also list seem to be after Inzy days.

In terms of pure volume, Mathews does not even crack the Sri Lanka top five in run-out involvement (across formats, last 30 years), with Mahela Jayawardene, Tillakaratne Dilshan, Marvan Atapattu, and Kumar Sangakkara having been involved in more, albeit during longer careers. Rahul Dravid has been involved in more run-outs in this period than any other batsman, but note that does not necessarily make him a poor runner - many other batsmen had a higher percentage of their partnerships end in run-outs. Wasim Akram, for example, had over 12% of his partnerships end in run-outs.

I think the list is about number of run out happened when they are at crease. Also list seem to be after Inzy days. Some thing not right with that article.

Bevan-Dean Jones

they never played together no?
dean jones was commentating when bevan made debut around 94

aa article lo different stats unnayi...bevan also mentioned in run outs
his role was finisher but it was not bang bang like dhoni or hussey
i remember his main plan was to cut down risky shots...keep SR around 80s and req run rate under 6.5/7
he would keep taking singles and target weaker bowler or bad ball to get the boundary

ODI chase nee ace antay bevan in last 15 overs
