After checking his reply, if you find any irregularities come back or come back even if they dont reply... If court cancels the PIL... then can only go to SC with another PIL (not sure, may be he need to maintain some time gap too). If withdrawn, he can come back... HC gave the option to him...So, withdrew the case...
