And regarding a depreciating Rupee.....one Swamiji told us that 1 USD = 1 INR after Modi ji will become PM. Another Swamiji told us that 1 USD = 35 INR after Moi ji will become PM. Earlier MaunMohan was blamed for the INR depreciation. Now "global factors" are blamed for the INR depreciation. So you consider inflation while calculating the taxes on a commodity like fuel? And this further fuels inflation. Dear esteemed Sir...a 7th fail idiot like me feels that the price of fuel should be based on the International market price + a small surcharge levied by the Government. If the International market price is low - then the domestic price should decrease. if the International price is high, then the Government should reduce the surcharge or even subsidize so that the common man is not affected adversely. The number of cars have increased in most coutnries...but why are the gas prices lower now compared to 2012? | ||
