Banks will lend at 9 or 9.5 when you take home/car loan from them and when you go for bonds it has few other things like maturity period and interest only for a certain period an it becomes a securitized product.. State government is just giving the guarantee in case CRDA fails to pay and it does not really mean that CRDA is exempt from its obligation of repaying the loan.. State government guarantee will increase the rating of the bond thus reducing the interest rate.. If at all undavalli wanted to compare he should have choosen a similar bond structure however like all politicians he wants to mislead... | ||
