who said it was H1B applicants fault? it was companies greed that causes this. as you are aware, H1-B purpose is to find talent not available in the country. but what is happening in many cases is they are used to import because of low cost like the IBM and disney case. how can govt fine them as these companies and others uses modified JD and fudge the system to get LCA and H1B. hence the govt is stepping via USCIS and adjuncting applications based on "merit". it might not proevent all cases but a minor i9mpact will save american jobs. we dont need to cut down H1-B quota by 1, we can stop a false application from getting approved. thats what trump admin is doing. Watever you call irrational and biased behavior of uscis is not about racism or hatred on applicants, but just an effort to protect american workers. you think IBM/Disney loveindians. tomorrow if they find another country which can provide similar workforce with less salary requirements, they will go there. | ||
