OM bro - two things: 1. If I were you, I wouldn't worry much about a denial. Your manager and you are already on the right track - provide as much technical detail as possible and relate it to your experience. 2. I would go ahead and upgrade it to a premium. All signs are positive - non-WITCH, solid track record on project (which could directly support your relevance), Fragoman. RFE and Stamping are two unrelated events, handled by two separate departments. One is not going to have an impact on the other (unless there's a denial which keeps you from attending a visa stamping in the first place) | ||

Good.. as long as ur HR and manager are involving you, you can sit with them and prepare the documentation... if i were you i would prepare the documentation on these lines... - Experience at the company, projects handled and delivered so far, various areas (technologies, PM stuff, cross team integration) you were responsible in the past and present.. - what are the future projects and how critical you are for them... - if u have a specific role like an architect, lead or manager and reportees to you to show ur important.. (idi already mention chestaaru in LCA and documentation but highlight in RFE) - letter from ur manager HR and some big shots like CIO etc to prove ur worthiness. make sure u present ur job duties as detailed as possible... rest all officer daya | ||

When is your current h1 expiring OM baa?...its your call, if h1 already expired, then better continue in regular processing..atleast u will get extra time to work and liquidate things...if it ends up as a denial after current h1 expiry, we have to leave country in a week or two....if your current h1 is expiring at a future date, may be 3 months from now, its recommended to go for premium upgrade..in that case, u will still have time to apply for one more petition before h1 expiry instead of leaving.. | ||

Better to be safe tha sorry I have heard that fulltime H1 approvals are decent compared to contracting (I am assuming urs is a contracting role). H1 Extension ki RFE vachindi.. US lo 10 years ga vuntunna Same company same project last 8 years. ippudu job duties, nene enduku kavali ee job ki etc questions adigaadu.. RFE date is 8/15. He want response by 11/10. Attorney asked information 'to respond to RFE' by September 14th. Na questions. 1. I have India plan on November 9th. So Attorney minimum 1 week teesukuntadu submission ki, so 99% naaku November 9th lopu responose raadu kada. 2. Can I upgrade to Premium along with RFE response? or is it risky? 3. Anything else I need to worry about? |
