They can stay in the US....anni correct ga vuntw 12 months lo vacchesthundi (TX service center)...my in laws came here in 2016 Nov. We applied in Jan 2017. Dec 2017 lo RFE vacchindi birth (certificate affidavits)...one yr daati pothe you have to go for medical again so Feb 2018 lo went for medical again....got GC in April 2018....They stayed here for the whole time. If they are happy to stay here I think it is better for them to stay here. Don't have to go. | ||

if you are filing for 485 then I would send the 131 which is for AP. Infact they returned my check for about $500 which i sent for AP. Later learned that if you apply for 485 then send AP for free any way. So had the first RFE about proof of I am her son came in July which I sent after a month or so. In september Adv Parole came in and she left. Usually once GC process is going ON then visitor visa validity undachchu lekapovachchu ani vinna. along with 485 apply for AP. They will send it for one year. They sent AP in last Sept. She went back in OCT last year and came again in Feb this year as there was a request to give finger prints. She had her interview done this April. RFEs 1) Last year July they asked for a proof to show that I am her son. So I had to get another affadavit saying the same 2) This year they could not capture FP properly asked for Police Clearance, which I got from my local city in US and from Indian Consulate NY.
