he is my first go to, for these kind of issues...he mostly fixes or identifies the root of the issue n helps me resolving via the best suited person...

upkorse he is still a young teen...he will learn...n shine...

Youtube videos untayi for almost everything...but naaku furnace filters, batteries and bulbs replacement tappinchi edhi raadhu. I use a handyman for most of the the home repairs...better to start with a handyman and only use a plumber for major things.

you cannot call a professional everytime there is an issue in your rental. try to find a handyman who can do most common tasks like replacing outlets, fixing simple leaks etc. craigs list lo dorukutaru,

Have seen this trend in East Bay especially...last winter ki vellina prices ki ammalsi vachindhi...price reduction taruvatha...I felt that sellers are not getting multiple offers too

definitely cooling down...market crash too early emo...home prices exponential growth undaka povachu emo ikkada nundi

in my community one house listed and sold in couple of weeks. but i did also see price reduced sign on another home in bothell area..definetly cool off ayyindi..lot of construction happened in a very short time. townhomes in 400k range being offered. addamga pencharu past year and they have to reduce to have buyers

seattle vaurku its a drop for 3-4 months...prices peaked in spring...now back to last winter levels

House listed for 279K..

asked for 250 and gone upto 255. They came down to 260K.. I left it..

They reduced to 269K asking price and now they reduced to 249K.

Finally I got the house on others name at 240K.. ayina sanka naaki povatame naa?..

Homes are sitting unsold for weeks. Bidding wars are becoming less common. More sellers are even dropping their asking price to attract buyers.

The change began suddenly in May — normally the peak buying season — and has only accelerated since, according to new data released Monday.

The number of homes for sale across King County jumped 44 percent in July from a year ago, the biggest increase in a decade and the third straight month of huge inventory growth, according to the Northwest Multiple Listing Service. Inventory now exceeds 2015 levels, reversing three years of steep declines.

King County’s median house price of $699,000 in July was down $27,000 from the record highs reached a couple of months prior. That’s not a normal seasonal drop; just the opposite: Last year, July was the most-expensive month of the year in local real estate.

Seattle’s median house price of $805,000 was down $25,000 from the high point reached in the spring and was the lowest since last winter, as inventory in the city shot up a whopping 60 percent. Prices on the Eastside fell $30,000 in one month, to $947,000.

Creer said sellers are on top of the shifting market, as well: They’re no longer deliberately underpricing homes to create a bidding war, since it’s more common now to receive only one offer. Sellers are also being more flexible about timing; for a while it was common for an offer review date to be set one week after a home hit the market; now it can take two to three weeks to sell.

Both Creer and Howard passed along stories of clients who successfully bought houses in recent weeks by underbidding by $20,000 to $100,000 below the list price — a strategy that likely would have gotten an offer thrown in the trash as recently as four months ago.

And D-FW prices were growing at only about half the year-over-year percentage rate increase in second quarter 2017. Home prices gains in North Texas have slowed significantly this year after a long stretch of double-digit increases.

Nationwide home appreciation in the second quarter was the lowest pace in two years, according to Attom Data Solutions. Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston and Philadelphia were called out as markets which have seen some of the biggest cool downs.
