either u need to have contacts with distributors/stockists who are already there n looking for some space to stock...or u need to use it for your own storage like florists or veggie farmers.. if u dont satisfy any1 of these conditions...it might have a longer break even times...since u end up keeeping them empty or idle... n those overheads to cope with them...u need stronger finacial muscle... depends on for what u want to build it? cold storages...are stale now... if u can have a consumer warehouse...n if its close by to a port, airport, or in a good place for distributing...you will be in windfall profits... again, the key is...u need to have contracts with manufacturers for being their stockists n distributors...only then u can venture into building warehouses.. once u have those contracts or contact that can get u one...itz ezpz and again...several options on how much to spend n etc... do u know where n for what?
