ఆండ్ర, సాలూరు, గజపతినగరం, బొబ్బిలి, చీపురుపల్లిలోని 80% భూమములు విరివే.
శ్రీకాకుళం, ఇచ్ఛాపురం, టెక్కలి లాంటి ప్రాంతాలలోని భూములన్నీ వీరి చేతిలోనే ఉన్నాయి.
భూములు ఆక్రమించడమేగాక పరవాడ, పైడి భీమవరం లాంటి ప్రాంతాలలో భయంకరమైన విషాన్ని చిమ్మే ఫార్మా కంపెనీలు పెట్టి సారవంతమైన భూములనూ, సముద్ర జలాలనూ కలుషితం చేస్తున్నారు.
వీటివలన ప్రజలు రోగాల పాలుకావడమేగాక మత్స్య సంపద అంతరించిపోవడంతో మత్స్యకారులు రోడ్దున పడుతున్నారు. పోర్టులు పరిశ్రమల పేరుతో భూములు బలవంతంగా లాక్కుంటూ బడాబాబులకు కట్టబెడుతున్నారు.
ఇలాంటి విషపు పరిశ్రమలు ఏ కృష్ణా గుంటూరు జిల్లాల్లో ఎందుకు పెట్టరు?

ఆనాడు బ్రిటిష్ ప్రభుత్వంలోని మద్రాసు ప్రెసిడెన్సీలో భాగంగా ఉన్న కళింగాంధ్ర ప్రాంతంలోని పర్లాకిమిడి, బరంపురం, రాయగడ లాంటి తెలుగు ప్రాంతాలు కుట్రతో ఓరిస్సాలో కలిపారు.
ఉత్తరాంధ్రుల సంస్కృతీ సంప్రదాయాలు, యాస భాషలు, కట్టు బొట్టు పూర్తి వైవిధ్య భరితమైనవి.

కొండలు, గుట్టలు, గిరిజన ప్రాంతాలూ,మైదాన ప్రాంతాలూ, నదులు, సముద్ర తీరప్రాంతాలూ ఇలా పూర్తి వైధ్యభరితంగా ఉంటుంది.
ఉత్తరాంధ్రలో ఉండే కులాలు వేరే ప్రాంతాలలో ఉండరు. తూర్పుకాపు, కొప్పుల వెలమ, కాళింగులు, గవరలు, గోండులు లాంటి సామాజికవర్గాలు కళింగాంధ్రకే పరిమితమైనవి.

బొబ్బిలి, గజపతి సంస్థానాల చారిత్రక నేపధ్యమూ చాలా గొప్పదే.
అయితే అంత గొప్ప ప్రాంతంలోని ప్రజలను చీల్చి కళింగాంధ్రులను బలహీనం చేసే కుట్ర ఆనాడే జరిగింది.
600 తెలుగు గ్రామాలు, సుమారు 50 లక్షలపైన తెలుగు జనాభాను ఓడిస్సాలో కలిపేశారు.

ఇక మిగిలిన ప్రాంతాన్ని ఆంధ్ర రాష్ట్రంలో కలిపారు.
అప్పటినుండి అమాయకులైన ఉత్తరాంధ్రులను ఉభయ గోదావరి జిల్లాలు,కృష్ణా, గుంటూరు,ప్రకాశం, నెల్లూరు జిల్లాలనుండి బ్రతుకుదెరీవుకోసం వచ్చిన వలసదారులు భూములను కబ్జా చేయడం ప్రారంభించి రాజకీయాలనూ శాశించడం ప్రారంభించారు.
అక్కడి అన్ని వనరులనూ దోపిడీ చేస్తూ వేలాది ఎకరాలను సొంతం చేసుకున్నారు.

గిరిజన భూములనూ కారుచవుగా అక్రమ కొనుగోళ్ళు చేసి ఆ భూయజమాని అయిన గిరిజనుడినే కాపలాదారుగా, కూలీగా, వారిపేరుమీదే గిరిజన , వ్యవసాయ సబ్సిడీ లోన్లు తీసుకుని తాము చెప్పిన వారికే ఓట్లు వేయాలను శాశించడం ప్రారంభించారు.
మాట విననివారికి పనులు దొరకకుండా చేయడం లాంటి దుర్మార్గాలు చేస్తూ అసలు ఉత్తరాంధ్రలు ఇతర ప్రాంతాలకు వలస జీవులుగా మార్చారు.
అండమాన్ , సౌదీ , గల్ఫ్ , విజయవాడ, హైదరాబాద్ లాంటి ప్రాంతాలకు నిర్మాణరంగ కూలీలుగా, ముఠా కూలీలుగా, హోటళ్ళలో సర్వర్లుగా , తోపుడు బండ్లు, రిక్షా కార్మికులుగా దుర్భరమైన జీవితాన్ని గడుపున్నారు.
1967లో గుంటూరు ప్రాంతానికి చెందిన ణ్ఙ్ రంగా(కమ్మ) శ్రీకాకుళం ంP గా ప్రారంభమైన వలస నాయకులు టిడిపి ఆవిర్భావంతో విస్తృతమైంది.
జిల్లాకు ఒక కమ్మనేతను ణౄ నియమించాడు. వారి కనుసన్నల్లో స్థానిక నాయకత్వం నడవాలి.

స్థానికేతరుడైన ంV కృష్ణారావు(కమ్మ) నాలుగుసార్లు శ్రీకాకుళం జిల్లా ఇచ్ఛాపురం ంళా.
విజయనగరం జిల్లాలోని చీపురుపల్లికి రెండుసార్లు వలస నాయకుడు గద్దె బాబూరావు(కమ్మ) ంళా.
విశాఖపట్నం జిల్లాలో పశ్చిమ గోదావరి జిల్లాకు చెందిన ంVVS మూర్తి(గోల్డ్పాట్ మూర్తి)(కమ్మ), కృష్ణా జిల్లాకు చెందిన వెలగపూడి రామకృష్ణ(కమ్మ) లు జిల్లాను శాశిస్థారు.
దగ్గుబాటి పురంధేశ్వరి(కమ్మ),
కంభంపాటి హరిబాబు(కమ్మ)

ఆలా వలస నాయకులు స్థానికుల అవకాశాలను దెబ్బకొట్టి స్థానికులను వలసపోయేట్లు చేస్తున్నారు.

విశాఖ జిల్లా లో దాదాపు 80% భూములు ఈ రాజకీయ రాబంధుల చేతిలోనే ఉన్నాయి.
నేషనల్ హైవే వెంబడి భూములు రణస్థలం వరకూ వీరివే.
ఆఖరుకు అరకులో కూడా గిరిజనుల పేరుతో భూములు కొట్టేస్తున్నారు. పేరుకే గిరిజన భూములు.
విశాఖలోని గిరిజన కొండ ప్రాంతాలలో అపారమైన బాక్సైట్ నిల్వలపై ఈ రాబంధుల చూపు పడింది.
అధ్భుతమైన అరకు వ్యాలీ అందాలు కనుమరుగవ్వడమేగాక పర్యావరణానికీ తీరని హాని జరుగబోతోంది.
