BTW there is much difference between chartered flights and Scheduled airlines.Chartered flight have to submit flight plan and take permission from DGCA for every flight.Chartered flights are like tourists buses,unlike chartered flights which have to fly even if there is one passenger in the plane .unlike chartered flights ,scheduled airlines get fixed time slots/gates at the airports. Could someone care to explain the chronology of the events?? AJ article printed on June9th 2018 states that Silk air a subsidiary of Singapore air has come forward for a flight from VJA to Singapore and it also states that CBN has said that first flight would be on 7th July 2018 and it would cost 29 crores per year and its a chartered flight... the Official Request for proposal released by Govt. of AP is dated 12th June 2018 and it is inviting bids, which means no one has been officially came forward at least until 12th June...
