started yesterday ...... first part results: Started weight : 268 Final weight : 226 Total Days : 80 dheeni tharuvaatha ... oka 4 pounds perigaa as cells started accumulating water as carbs are introduced and that is common ....after that malli 2 months of full abuse with india trip and then multiple parties here...resulted in 2 more pounds weight gain ...but surprisingly nenu chesina abuse ki chaalaa peragaali....but surprising gaa peragaledhu....which is phenomenol by any standards..
