Be careful guys, there is no long term double blinded study on VRK diet.
Don't go agreessively as you don't know the impact. Take life insurance if you have not.

unburned carb is the key issue kadaa,, whatever carbs cannot be converted to energy will cause problems turning to fat.

Thats why net carb is taken into calculations

net carb is nothing but carbs - fiber..

Fiber cannot be easily digested or burnt..

So keto diet unna vallu 50-60 gms of carb tinochu, but the key thing is they should have net carb 30-35gms,, so that fiber intake is taken..

And also intermittent fasting anedhi for life follow avvalsindhi after your desired weight loss is achieved. So andhuke part 2 started....this should be the last VRK diet part hopefully

Week back start chesa, panichestundi , work valla exact ga follow avvalekapotunna kaani its working out, two years back low cal diet chesi 40 pounds lose ayya in about 4 months, tired ga undedi aa diet valla , ee diet lo ala em undatledu , rice and dal lantivi miss avutunnam.

Started at 212, now at 206, choodali 155 is my target.

yes..... we can .... but first one week nundee you will notice that your hunger will be very very less.....so appatnundee you can start skipping meal

Question regarding pillar 1:
Vrk says eat only if hungry...does that apply to pillar1? I.e can we take soup+fat even if not hungry?

Did anyone use butter instead of coconut oil? Any downsides?

Mandatory:

3 limes
1 multi vitamin
4 Litres of water
70 gms of fat for first 10 days and later 30-40 gms

Limits:
Protien : Limit to 1 pound meat per day
Eggs: Max 6 eggs per day
Onion: half onion per day
Tomato: one tomato per day

Fats order of preference:
Unrefined coconut oil/ghee/butter/unrefined olive oil/cheese

Veggies:
No potato/carrot/beet root/chama dumpa/kanda/sweet potato

Breakfast:

10 nanabettina almonds
2 or 3 eggs omlette with veggies

Lunch:
chicken/mutton/shrimp/fish/paneer half pound curry
veggie curry with less onion and tomato

Snack:
10 pistas

Dinner:
chicken/mutton/shrimp/fish/paneer half pound curry
veggie curry with less onion and tomato

After 10 days:

skip one meal from above

After 30 days:

skip 1 meal from above and replace one meal with mutton/chicken bone broth soup

first part results:

Started weight : 268
Final weight : 226
Total Days : 80

dheeni tharuvaatha ... oka 4 pounds perigaa as cells started accumulating water as carbs are introduced and that is common ....after that malli 2 months of full abuse with india trip and then multiple parties here...resulted in 2 more pounds weight gain ...but surprisingly nenu chesina abuse ki chaalaa peragaali....but surprising gaa peragaledhu....which is phenomenol by any standards..

But naa target weight 200 below inka achieve avvaledhu kabatti ....started Part 2 from yesterday .....ee saari 200 below ki vachake viraamam
