H4 EAD will take the path of DACA in worst case scenario where every one will be given one extra renewal simillar to DACA best case scenario, they will add some more wrinkles to existing H4 ead, now anyone with I140 can get H4 EAD, may be they will say....I140 approved more than 3/4 years can only apply H4 EAD rule processing will take its sweet time, as its not completely easy to remove it. andukani GiantWheel nokkulu uncle, apply H1, H4 and H4EAD altogether, dont worry about the June news | ||

Bro, nobody knows this, even big attorneys like Murthy...we have to just wait and see until it comes officially from govt how they are going to revoke it...people are guessing they will not ask all people to stop working on a particular date because of the way they revoked DACA recently....for daca they said, they will not renew going forward but did not say on this date its all invalid...same is expected of h4 ead but not guaranteed...also for daca, there were lawsuits and courts asked govt to renew the permits till its all sorted out by immigration reform..so ideally it never stopped...similarly there will be law suits for h4 ead but i doubt if courts will treat this seriously and over ride...but its going to go for many months from now and there will be uncertainity and headache for people...expect there will be loss of jobs etc due to timely no renewals etc...prepare for the worst and hope for the best | ||

I am assuming that there won't be any new approvals but current EADs will continue to be valid until the expiration date. Even renewals can become tricky. But that can be challenged in courts. | ||
