I do cook myself and I clean my plate and glass

though my sister and sister in laws says keep there we will clean
But I dont allow. I always say let me clean my plate and glass. This is the one I am following across all places. like when I go and meet my friends home in sandiego or dallas etc

All the people who train in Gym or run outside need not be fit completely.

Functional Fitness is just not about Strength.

Fitness = Strength + Endurance + Flexibility + Agility.

people who are completely fit and do compound exercises may be able to do well in other areas as well.

if we consider a person, his stamina would definitely increase, if we compare his stamina before and after starting strength training - especially compound exercises.

gym lo weights ki pakkaa gaa grip untundi, lift cheyyadaaniki. rice bag etc lift cheyyadaaniki, barbell lift cheyyadaaniki grip different untundi. grip unna items lift cheyyadaniki mostly pulling muscles like biceps, lats, back etc. strong gaa vundaali. but, grip leni items lift cheyyadaaniki forearm strength kuda kaavaali.

My explanation...

Our body gets accustomed to our routine work. When we do something new, body would feel uncomfortable. On top of that, willingness also matters. like... should I stand in a shopping mall? etc. For example... I can easily deadlift 100 kgs for 10 reps, even without warm up. But, I dont like to hang a camera on my neck, while walking in a vacation.

apart from that.... strength training and cardio training are two very different things. For example... a muscular guy might be able to do 50 pushups, but might not breath properly while taking stairs to the 10th floor. He should be doing different kind of exercises to get that kind of endurance.

For every activity I understand which muscle
Have to use and focus etc

Even while sitting i keep focus on my lower back
To keep tense so that helps stability to sit

Endurance and strength are totally 2 different things

intlo work ki endurance kavali..if a person dos more cardio or endurance training he can easiy manage intlo work..

gym work ki stregth kavali..a perosn who lifts heavy weights take lots of rest between sets..thats how your body pushes out lactic acid from muscles and will be ready for next set. this kind of work will not build endurance, just strength.. ee type heavy lifting usually intlo undadu..

So my question is , this is stemming out from lack of interest in those activities and so mind refusing to provide energy to the task
(or)
Because energy is all expended in Work outs and they donot want to do any other mudane tasks

Many people i saw go to gym, follow fitness programs, diets, marathons , heptathlons, ironmans

but when it comes to doing hard work , routine mundane jobs, house work on a continuous basis , never saw them doing with same ease , they tend to get tired

Why So... what is happening to their stamina, when it comes to doing hard routine tasks in house or outside
