what I was referring to was - a house muth multiple portions like in india where you can rent them out. depending on the state - under 4 or under 6 is still considered non commercial residential multi family residence. these are the best investments - as one can buy them for reasonable price, loans are approved for indiaviduals as residential property and the income on it is more than sufficient for monthly payment with 20% down. so, if you can just come up with 20% down, it pays for itself in the long run even with 70-80% occupancy over time.
