Yeah.... Only after they finish the foundation course - based on their ranks, preference they choe IAS or IPS etc. All those who chose IPS go through specific training in Hyderabad. Those who chose IAS will continue in Mussorie. Those who chose IFS will be trained in Delhi | ||

I am not sure if we need to be alarmed about this. depends on the syllabus right now, tests in two lanaguages need to be passed. One language of the applicant choice out of eight indian languages, and a compulsory english test. if it changes to 1) three language requirement, 1 mandatory English, 1 Mandatory Hindi and one another language picked by the applicant. I am ok with this setup. 2) 2 language requirement - 1 mandatory hindi and 1 another language picked by the applicant including english . I am NOT Ok with this, this will be gross injustice to folks from sothern and north eastern states. 3) 2 language requirement - 1 mandatory hindi and 1 another indian language picked by the application, and removing english as a requirement. I am OK with this, but this a regressive policy. | ||
