had enough of this wet, snowy, cold climate anipistadi every year when clearing drive way n showeling snow...
since i have the flexibility to work remotely..wanna move out south, n only 2 places top the charts..

cary
dallas is hot, humid, sultry, muggy year round with lots of relatives n friends, eat-outs..etc
cary is moderate round the year, not hot nor cold, only some friends, no relatives that i know of, great schools, reasonable home pricing, close to the beaches than dallas, not so many eat-outs like in Dallas...
so, wanna move this year after the baby comes, or next year..
only thing stopping me entante...not sure if i can sell this home, got it for 300k n did some upgrades...
even if i get that 300k, i will sell it in a second...have to check out all that...unless i have a concrete exit plan, i can't plan for my next move in terms of finances...
all my finances went for a toss this year coz of too many things like my flower garden in ap, which has become a white elephant for now...
could only expect returns in a couple of years from now...if it sustains n grows...
if i start thinking more on this, will make some hasty decisions in a rush n i dont wanna do that way...

they will be on their own for all their studies..unless there is a need for me to pitch in to support financially...thatz the plan...
All i tell them, to all 3 of them is just do anything you like with a passion, not just bcoz you have to..
never force or pressurise them at all...
All 3 are above average in school for now...my oldest excels in science, writing, literature, talking & in communication skills..he doesnt have which field to choose as of yet..but not late yet...he still has time to pick an area & concentrate...no rush..may be by this year end..will make him pick one...
buddaagaallu very early...but they are too open & brutal...in expressing their opinions for their age...
sold tesla, few months back...running on dikky x1
need to buy a big van like odyssey or sienna..
In-laws r staying with me, since the news brokeout..they actually stay with my b-i-l 30 miniutes away from me...
