those who are planning to sell off in next 1-2 years and make some money, get out of it ASAP. otherwise you will not get another opportunity to sell at current prices. Those who are long (10 years plan), for them it will work... After 2006, Hyd outskirts prices have dropped and stagnated for 7-8 years...we are going to see similar trend in capital lands. The above has nothing to do with current TFI fiasco, or my opinions are influenced by current events related to PK & TDP....this is my honest prediction.... |
