You can start an LLC and add partners later also. It doesn't matter whose name the LLC is, if you are going to be the only member then no issues at all...you need to have an operating agreement with all the partner/ share info that is the important one. you can transfer all the money you want and while filing taxes you show the profits/loss on your personal taxes. If you have more than one partner then you file company taxes, each partner will get a form K1 and you use the K1 to show the profit/loss on your personal taxes. | ||

tappa ledhu...we were trying for an SBA loan...final ga loan approval time ki we had to extend the closing date...but seller had a better offer than ours as back up...so memu aa date ki close cheyakunte we would lose the property which we did not want to...so tappaka kinda meedha padi close chesam....but finally got 90% of the price paid as collateral loan...late ayyindi but work out ayyindi final ga. between...if you can do it cash purchase is the best way to go....you can bid aggressively.....ee market lo kuda there are foreclosures and distress sales and the only way you can get them is with cash.
