main problem is the capital city and it's location... first it is madras presidency....the politics by political leaders and decisions in haste due to potti sreeramulu death, lost chennai.... without people consent, made marriage between ap n ts, with hyd as capital...due to differences in political leaders, became sentiment in T and as a result, separate state....people didn't anticipated it would become this much big... SS is a branch from above issue only... | ||

There is something called as PPP model. The Govt. Does not need to invest all the money especially for Industries, Ports, urban transport projects etc. And this monetary value includes the cost of the land, rehabilitation etc. | ||

The AP Re-Org act was supported by the BJP also. Infact the BJP proposed Special Cat status instead of Hyd as UT! Things like Vizag & Vijayawada Metro can be left out...but we should not compromise on the other things like Polavaram, Central Institutions,Vizag Chennai Industrial Corridor, Kadapa Steel Plant, Sea Port,Railway Zone etc. And no question of a compromise on Special Cat Status for atleast 5 years! | ||
