current immigration scenario is very very rough I don't want to condone starc's views, but aayana pachchi gal cheppina kontha truth undi 20 somethings on h1s are partially ok, if they have to go back they don't have much to worry about they can still adjust and settle beautifully in any of the metros with their experience here they will only stand to gain but the issue is 30 somethings , married with kids and houses here, this group will be the most affected , the only window for them if they can make it happen is the eb5 route its unfortunate state of affairs but unless something drastically changes with the current laws I don't see gc coming through anytime soon for the majority , so question is how long can you live in fear of h1 extensions and amendments | ||

If anyone is non-cs background and applying for H1 and job requires batchelors, then he should have more than 12 years of exp. Every 3 years of exp is considered against 1 year of education. If the job requires masters and he is from non-cs bg, then it will be 18 years of experience. Correct educational evaluation daggaraku velthe, they do this.
