You should not have signed the agreement. Once you sign agreement you should go through them. If they come to know that you bought through other agent then they would share the profit with other agent. You may end up paying the money for both. | ||

The agent can be fired by the client anytime. If the buyer/ client is not buying any of the house shown by the agent, he need not be worried. but if the buyer is purchasing the house shown by the agent, the agent can claim compensation and will get it...60 days sometimes 90 days after contract termination varaku it applies. | ||

You should have read the agreement before signing. You can wait till the agreement expires ,or the agent will claim the commission if another agent gets you the home | ||

If ur friend has signed a legal agreement with remax real estate agent that they will be buying a house through remax in a specific neighborhood, they have to wait until the time period is over if u wanna go through some other agent... If u dnt stick to the agreement, the remax real estate agent can sue ur new agent for the money and changes are they will win because of the signed agreement... | ||

Freind got into this situation: Remax realty guys told some lies to him and made me to sign exclusive agreement saying it can terminated anytime now he sent emails for ye4minating agreement and hoiked up with desi realtor. Now remax guys are blackmauling him abt the agreement. What can he do now? Stop buying house for 3 months? Or can he get out of this immediate effect? |
