nenu ee diet cheyyatam ledu kani, morning omelet vesesthunna. spinach omelet, cabbage omelet etc. sea salt tho taste adhiripothunnay. nenu oka 3 lbs thagganu oka 5 days lo. lunch appudu rice lekunda chapathi with curries vesthuna. weekends dosa, ildy breakfasts vesesthunna. sasibob intlo chekkalu, sweets, aa next rice laaginchesa weekend matuku. chass diet dobbesindi.

After 4 weeks, I lost 16.4 pounds. Starting weight 216.6 now 200.2 another 16 pounds to go.

Glucose level below 100.

Lost 28 pounds total in last 9 months.

I lost about 7kgs in 2 weeks, turned off the diet...but inc all good things from diet...

only 1 meal a day, ni8 usually chinna ginne lo curry + one fruit before going 2 bed, madyahnam lunch also chinna mess ginne lo rice n curry...

amount of food take has gone drown drastically,

still taking 2 spoons of coco oil, oka 2 spoons of coco taagi, swimming chesthe naayaldi...supero super...aluperugani eeeeeeeeeeetha...

2 good feeling Kaantham,

in the last 2 weeks lost another 4 lbs, 2 get into <25 bmi, just need 2 loose another 2 lbs...which will happen in due course of time...

Sarigga patinchado ledho ... also depends on how overweight he is .. memu oka 5 mandhi chesthunnam.. all of them have around 20 lb weight loss in 4 weeks .. except one kurrod he is not that overweight .. but he has 15 pounds loss for 4 weeks

After week 1 - 259.1 - 9.2 pounds off
After Week 2 - 254.2 - 4.9 pounds off
After Week 3 - 249.8 - 4.4 pounds off
After Week 4 - 246.9 - 2.9 pounds off
After Week 5 - 242.8. - 4.1 pounds off



Total - 25.5 pounds off

4th week seems like plateau but 5th week weight loss increased again... its zing zing amazing .. 41.5% time target completed with 43% weight loss target achieved


Last two days rendu mandatory functions ki attend kavalsi vachindhi and there had veg and non veg kooralu.. though I didn’t had any carbs aa kooralalone edho chesuntaaru.. ee last 2 days konchem thakkuva vundhi weight loss compared to previous 5 days
