another assumption... lets see.. if at all this proposal will fly. My personal opinion is most of these rules are to protect "Workers".. if you discriminate a tax paying worker from another one based on status... then what they are doing amounts to various faults in high courts. And denying an american citizen their right to education under amendment 14 is not right. So how come a citizen using their constitutional rights amounts to denial of a another person's intent is a question that most judges would answer in a way that this proposal will not like. | ||
