boyz and gerals..50% protien, 45% complex carbs 5% fat..tinandi..6 times a day.. each 300-400 calories.. 1 hour gym for 3 days/week.. all set.. week ki 1 pound easy peasy..

i saw 4-5 elders met them they are aged 88, 90, 82 and 78 mever in there life they ate non veg or even egg... moodu pootala rice and pachadannam perugannam..still healthy and are doing good... protin ani just sollu gurram doesn't eat any protien just grass same with cow

Don't drink coffee/tea.. just started black tea/green tea now.
Don't ever eat fruits :-(




idea is simple..avoid junk, at the same time, dont kill urself eating things u dont like..ee snack bars 1-2 days..mana bg ki..we need our food..rather than eliminating it completly..eat limited portions, reduce carb and increase more exercise..

i did to recude by a1c which hit 6.worked awesome, lost 25 lbs..

im of PK age ...I never had diet plan or dieted... just eat when u are hungry and watch out ...and keep active life style ...more important is keep cool.., i just became vegetarian and i feel good

Then body started burning fat and energy levels came back by end of 2nd day

also adding protein bars helped

i hated protein powders to the core... didn't even like their smell

But found some vegan/plant based powder... adding 1/2 lemon to water + powder changed the taste totally.. Power of lemon i guess

Morning morning.. within 30 mins of waking up

Warm water + Lemon juice + Apple Cider Vinegar + Pinch of salt - Amazing drink.. tastes great. I was never fan of such drinks but combo with salt changes

Blanched Walnuts/Almonds + ATKINS Snack Bar (less than 4 net carbs)

Lunch
Green tea + Paneer Tikka (Home made) - With onion and green beppers

Snack optional - ATKINs snack bar

Dinner - Lettuce or some greens with Dry / Semi gravy curry with Cauliflower or beerakaya or sorakaya. Sometimes tindora dry or Karela fry

Got pulla reddy sweets packet from neighbor I have sweet tooth so ended the day couple of days with one almond burfee or khalakhand

No rice, No roti
