idea is simple..avoid junk, at the same time, dont kill urself eating things u dont like..ee snack bars 1-2 days..mana bg ki..we need our food..rather than eliminating it completly..eat limited portions, reduce carb and increase more exercise.. i did to recude by a1c which hit 6.worked awesome, lost 25 lbs..
