Costco lo kirkland organic coconut oil untundi.. Ghee laga perukoni untadi not liquid.. Nenu winter legs ki raskotaniki techaa.. Veela thread choosi oka rendu spoons tinna .. no smell.. no taste.. easy gane tineyochu anipinchindi.. Try cheyandi.. Itta tinocha VRK followers?

Also, coconut oil or ghee elaa drinking saami? i can't even imagine...

i don't see any options for proteins except paneer for vegetarians with no egg

it is must ani VRK chepadu but start with 10 grams or 20 grams day 1 day 2 increase to 70grams after 12 days reduce to 30 grams my opinion because i see 50 % people upset stomach or something else with one take of oil 70 grams 1st day 1st attempt

first of all i have to describe this has a revolution oka sensation program kudos to VRK .

very one in rural n urban crazy about this program specially Vijayawada lo ithey inka start cheyani vallu leru emo.

one thing very good about this is people are getting great awareness about eating foods its a massive success to that point..

in the last 1 decade Manthena Satyanarana took long time to influence but not many followed crazy like this VRK was popular in short span... he is doing very good thing to the society in my knowledge.

however the number people i know personally who started this and the percentage of drops is almost above 50% including me dropped in first attempt

so i would like to explain few tips

1. Dont set your mind dont think this is Diet program and you have to stop eating, NNNOOOOOOOO eat what ever you want with out rice and with out those restricted 8 vegetables anthey , eat non veg limited to 300 grams a day.

2. Dont drink first day all 70 grams to 100 grams oil.. take your own time to adjust start with only 10 grams or 20 grams and eat lot and lots of veggies


3. first three to 4 days is crucial 50 % drops here because of heachache ,neerasam , oil valla thippatam etc., so day 1 start with 4 egg omlate with lots and lots of veggies drink only less amount of oil

4. if you are able to adjust first 3 days than you can do this any number of days. the tip to adjust first 3 days is to eat more eat more, oil adjust avvaka pothey alternate tho mix up cheyandi like ghee,cheese,

5. be prepared with veggie soup or mutton soup day one that the best choice

6. dont start with boiled eggs it didn't work for me adding lots of veggies to omlate worked so well.. once you are adjusted you change freely

7. i am enjoying soups,chicken,mutton,fish,pork grills super ehey this is so easy to follow from day 4

other diets lo akali and too much carving for food vutundi epudu apithey kummedama ani... ye diet lo asal akali ledu food meda korika ledu thats the key that we can continue easily

this is my 7th day lost 5 pounds my target is only 12 pounds.
