VRK is explaining very clearly without any confusion in normal language. If public does not understand type1 and type2 who is a diabetic then no body can save them, he is also not advising this program for kidney liver etc patients.

This program primary for obesity and type2 diabetics.

simple annayi...remember 4 pillars

Pillar1: 70g-100g of fat (coconut oil (best) or ghee or butter or olive oil or perugu meedi meegada) per day upto 10 days
Pillar2: 1 multivitamin tablet a day
Pillar3: 3 lemons a day
Pillar4: 4 liters of water a day

paivi must...migilinavi you can eat anything (except banned vegetables) in between only when you are hungry.
Banned Vegetables - 5 types of dumpalu, beet root, peas, chikkudu kaaya, beans, bataanis.

how you eat is upto you - you can make soups or make curry (using coconut oil) etc..

if non-veg: you can eat upto 6 eggs max in a day, not must but you can if you want...you can make omelet mixed with veggies etc. 250g-300g of chicken/mutton/fish/shrimp. Veggies also should be taken to avoid constipation.

Veg: to replace non-veg (Protein), 100g of Paneer a day

Only kallu uppu (sea salt) should be used, other than this you can use as much as kaaram, masala etc.. to match your taste

What about Protein powders? That's only option for veg guys to get decent protein in this diet or keto diet but not sure if that is allowed or not

Also, I don't feel this diet is something so unnatural as people are talking.




if you are pre diabetic avuthe.. for sure your level would come back below 6.

if you are gone too far. it is no way possible.

Also it known one that healthy diet and healthy weight always reverse your diabetics reading.

Here the problem is, carb is very importat for body. Living keto process in your body for long time might impact your kidney and liver. Thing might build.

Doctors are not able to answer that becoz it is not test for long period.

Other thing is. Carb sources like rices, seeds etc gives not only carb, also vitamins which are not avialble in other sources.

also if fat of body falls below 20% or 15%, you should be constantly under doctor watch.. below 8% or 5% would get you into coma.

1 kg mutton bones lo uppu kaaram pasupu garam masala kalipi oka 2 litres posi.... 12 whistles vachevaraku pressure cooker lo kaachi

then instant pot lo ...turn onto saute mode .... add some ghee .... whole garam masala vesi .... half onion and 1 tomoto vesi vegaaka ..... ee mutton bone soup from cooker ni transfer chesi ....add more water and more salt and turn into slow cook mode for 12 hours or 16 hours .... i did 16 hours .... then ayipoyaaka malla saute mode lo etti inkonchem water posi bones anni devesi salt check chesukuni thaagali.... thaageppudu bowl lo oka nimmakaya rasam kalupukuni thaagithe ...also add some ghee or coconut oil for fat intake......

aahaaa naa raaaja....i am so addicted to this ....yummy

for 1 pound mutton bones (you get this separately) add 2 pound water cook for 12 whistles

change to slow flame or slow cooker for 6 hours

add masala,small tamoto,small onions,mint,papper etc.,

keep for another 30 mins and thats it ready to eat.


so all mutton bones lo motham vachesthundu sopud loki emtpy bones keep it for feel in soup or remove it

moderate ga manam mana own food limited ga teesukoni age prakaram cut down chesi active life style lo unte i feel no need to diet or follow certain special programs..,

fast foods wachi and bita baga tinadam modalettaka we loose shape and few rogalu wastuntayi ...

nenu drink non veg even egg anni manesa from last 5 months i feel good need to check how the blood levels are gained wt though as i stoped workout ...

But I want everyone to know that on day 4 of diet.. I had cramps in my legs (shooting pain), couldn't sleep. I did some research and found out that it is due to lack of pottasium and magnesium. So, I started using these tablets along with multi-vitamin.

My food habits are very bad and don't have motivation to hit the gym....but the best option would be to eat everything in small quantities and regular physical activity...oo gym lo kummeyalsina avasaram kuda ledhu....controlling the urge to eat is key....anthakuminchi Alla diet keto diet etc all BS....avasaram ledhu.

roju only 2 dosa in the evening with kobbari chutney, Mutton bone soup...

2nd week though weight is lost 5 pounds ... nadum kolatha reduced 2 inches .. I can vlearly see the difference

Completed 2 weeks succesfully

Started with 268.3

After week 1 - 259.1 - 9.2 pounds off
After Week 2 - 254.2 - 4.9 pounds off

Total - 14.1 pounds off

Week 2 lo only 2 meals per day chesaa...... aakali correct gaa ganta kottinattu after 12 ki ....evening 7-8 madhyalo vesthondhi ...appude thintunna

from week 3 I am gonna replace 1 meal with mutton bone soup .....so one meal and one soup from week 3 ...... escited ...12 weeks ki 60 punds is the goal
