I'm not saying this will be the result for everyone who follows that.. It worked for me.. mainly due to my body's metabolism. simple formula - If my body need 2300 calories a day and if I am taking 1500 calories and burning around 500 calories thru physical activity.. I end up at negative 1300 calories net a day which in turn burns my excess fat..


Oka lb weight taggali ante 3600 calories tagginchali... Nee lekka prakaram two days ki one lb taggali... And remember as weight goes down these calculations wont hold good... So net net you can come down by 20 lbs max in 2.5 months with this diet and exercise...

Can't argue anymore on that.. may be that was an abnormality for me.. anyways the other vitals I mentioned might be still because of that diet plan.. If you all think even those are unbelievable then we can request mods to delete this thread.

haha...i know exactly how it works..if you are not taking enough calories you will gain weight not loose weight. Anyways..nenu ayethe nammanu..nijam ayethe good for u

40 lbs in 45 days sounds "too good to be true". or may be 4 pakkana sunna paDindemo by mistake :D:D and since cannot take it back, batting on that number still??

BMI is BS.. it totally differs from body metabolism.. The calorie in take is also person dependent and there's no one single ideal BMI or ideal calorie intake.. everything depends on the make of your body..

The other vitals like lipid, BP, body glucose are critical... As long as they are in control your BMI doesn't matter.

Sensation(About Bala):He can win in atleast half of the segments in Rayalaseema. Emi matladutunnavo neeku telusa. He can contest any where in coastal and rayalaseema districts. I personally feel he should contest from Srikakulam dt.

Exactly.. I made sure I walk everyday even it was freezing.. only missed two days in the past 45 days when it was snowing.. I avoided indoor treadmill kinda walk.. Read that even your bone shivering in cold weather will burn excess calories..

My funda is reduce carbs, reduce sodium, increase potassium & magnesium.. no deep fries.. rich in garlic.. fresh vegetables & fruits.. good fat thru salmon, avacado

Yes.. before that I was eating excessively (rice), little to 0 physical activity.. Now with little moderation to what I eat and 45 minute of brisk physical activity I made it possibe..

In the past 45 days, I have also started to work standing for 3 hours in a day

Mostly used Olive oil (15% extra virgin) for cooking..
Also added a cup of warm milk in the evenings for the past one week.

Diet details:

Morning on empty stomach: half cup of magic drink. Recipe in the link below

After half hour - 2 cloves of minced garlic in one spoon of curd
followed by typical south Indian breakfast: 3-4 Idly or 3 dosas or 3 pesarattu with palli chutney (less salt)
11:30 am: one apple
Lunch: one cup oats/quinoa or 3 small rotis with typical Indian curries (less salt)
3:00 pm: 1 banana
4:00 pm: 1 dry fruit laddu made with dates, almonds, peacans, walnuts (no sugar)
evening brisk walk for 45 minutes
Dinner (7:00 pm): (Grilled Salmon with Kale as a side OR Broiled chicken OR Black beans/Kidney beans/Chick peas with Spinach as a side OR egg white frittata with Avacado) along with cucumber, carrot salad
8:00 PM: 1 to 2 oranges
