2) get back to the size of 32. right now 32 is tight (depends on brands) and 34 is too loose. 33 is not available much. basic gaa potta size koncham tagginchaali. tyres veelaite..

these r 2 replenish the body with the nutrients, vitamins n minerals body is loosing bcoz of not eating fruits, fibers in plenty

if u have exceptions in these, it could be very bad for you...

Thanks. I think this is what I should do probably

1) stop eating excess rice or make it mand only one time rice (usually this is the case)
2) reduce sugar intake whenever possible. Is black coffee OK?
3) only green tea majority times
4) cannot avoid fruits amma.. kastam..
5) stop junk food (except for sakinaalu and bellam mittai)

Deep fridge – 2 h.
Fry in the oils mentioned above.
No curd, color, corn flour, sauce, etc.

here in this case, green lime has more zinc hence the color, yellow lemons doesn't have any zinc in them...

4) dinner: chicken and fried vegitables plus 1-2 boiled eggs

during keto diet u will loose water for first two weeks then u will loose fat..but remember if u r done with it and if u continue ur old diet ur old weight will be back..

weight kooda everyday bathroom adhee ayyaka snanam ayyaka .... without noolu pogu on body choosukuntunna weight.... there is no influence of clothes or anything on weight ...100% body weight :D

Started with 268.3 ( yes meeru vinnadhi nijame .... nov 2nd week nundee monna sankranthi week varaku picha abuse of food and alcohol ki falitham )

after succesful week 1 - today morning weight 259.1

More than 8 pounds off

Pros: Body is into ketosis mode .... Keto strips showing moderate ketosis
Hunger reduced drastically
Energy konchem kooda thaggaledhu...infact perigindhi
100% confident that i will continue doing it for 9 more weeks

Cons: Kobbari noone first 2 days baane aa tharuvaatha 2 days athi kastam meedha thaagagaligaan...From Day 5 naa valla kaadh ani switched to ghee ... Kobbari noone only used for cooking
