carbs 50 gms in keto diet is during maintenance phase jee......not during weight loss phase.... during weight loss phase you should restrict to < 20 gms


45-65% of the calories should be from carbs ani formula... If you are taking 1500 calories (which us usual as part of the diet)_ per day then 550-750 calories should be from carbs... Only 50 grams ante choodu

Reason could be - (wiki) Excess calcium in the urine (hypercalciuria) occurs due to increased bone demineralisation with acidosis. Bones are mainly composed of calcium phosphate. The phosphate reacts with the acid, and the calcium is excreted by the kidneys....

Many factors may be involved such as acidosis and suppressed growth hormone.[38] About 1 in 20 children on the ketogenic diet will develop kidney stones (compared with one in several thousand for the general population). A class of anticonvulsants known as carbonic anhydrase inhibitors (topiramate, zonisamide) are known to increase the risk of kidney stones, but the combination of these anticonvulsants and the ketogenic diet does not appear to elevate the risk above that of the diet alone.[39] The stones are treatable and do not justify discontinuation of the diet.[39] Johns Hopkins Hospital now gives oral potassium citrate supplements to all ketogenic diet patients, resulting in a sevenfold decrease in the incidence of kidney stones.[40] However, this empiric usage has not been tested in a prospective controlled trial.[9] Kidney stone formation (nephrolithiasis) is associated with the diet for four reasons:[39]

Then 4 liters of water with lemon or two spoons of curd mixed with water..

kinda ichina video links lo complete list of what one can eat pettadu,, pick from them an eat whenever you feel hungry,, and dont over eat..

What he says is you wont feel hungry after consuming fat in terms of 75-100gsm of oil or ghee or venna or butter or cheese and still have energy..

Monday: Veg diet

BF - Two medium tomatoes emptied inside and filled with Parmesan cheese and little bit of salt/mirchi powder and heated for 30 sec in micro oven

Madyalo trail mix

Lunch - 200 grams of Tofu cubicles roasted in coconut oil and mix with whole lot of spring green leaves. Konchem tomato chutney as dressing. Added cucumber slices and cherry tomato slices

Mid noon snack gaa watermelon mukkalu and blue berries total half a cup. and 500 ml lemon water

Dinner - 200 gm Tofu fried with mix vegges (carrot/string beans/green peas) with salt/mirchi powder/ginger-garlic and added Parmesan cheese as topping

some time later will eat some Watermelon/cucumber and drink a 500 ml lemon water
