I have never seen a single GC rejection or cancellation due to DUI so far. But if there is any other issue on the GC petition, they would consider minor offenses on the record to augment and buildup the rejection reasons. But as a solo record, DUI doesnt influence much on the GC approval. Count on how many current GC holders gets DUI on daily basis.. they wont be in the deportation vans daily. | ||
