Never use supplements. They are all market gimmicks. I suggest you going for nice healthy whole foods. Eat what you like. Biryani in a week, ice cream in a week does not make much difference.

Ok.. I do not want to open another thread for my workout research results. I will post in this thread.

1) Belly fat cannot be targetted when your exercising. You might be having around 25% to 30% of fat in your body. You need to reduce the fat to below 18% to see results around your belly. That take year plus of rigorous exercise and diet plan. You need to bring down fat under 13% to have ripped abs. That is only possible with lifestyle change and good diet for at least for 5 years. First, try to get to 20% fat, that itself would take at least 1 year.

2) You have something called metabolism. It goes down after 30+ age. It can be reversed. So you are not only fighting with fat but also with your metabolism. If 20 years old guy putting 100% efforts burn the fat then you need to put twice the efforts to burn the same amount of fat. It is uphill for you. Your first enemy is your age, the second one is your lifestyle.


3) Never go with a rigorous diet plan. They do bad more than good for you. Things come back very fast as you won't have permanent results becoz of diet. First, increase muscle weight in your body. More muscle, more calories burned. So you are changing your body system by building muscle. Go and lift weights.

4) A lifestyle change means adding activities to your lifestyle like running, biking, tennis, basketball, anything which involves high intensity.
I love tennis and I play singles always. Tennis helped me to reduce 3 to 4% of fat %. Next volleyball and running.
5) Next, you need to battle with age-related pains like knee, leg and back. You need to take care of them otherwise they would put you down and gain massive weight and fat.

6) Never use supplements. They are all market gimmicks. I suggest you going for nice healthy whole foods. Eat what you like. Biryani in a week, ice cream in a week does not make much difference.

Running would not really help you much to reduce belly fat. There is something called body adjusting to your work out. When you run continuously, your body starts adjusting to your running temp and it would get comfortable. I would not suggest extensive running for fat loss.

you may get 32 without loosing the fat. loosing fat without compromising habits is next to impossible unless resorted to reported procedures like cool sculpting/lipo etc.

btw...getting to 32 compromising those habits is not worth :-) .

You should learn how to be active every day. Cut down on the bad stuff what you eat. Add weight training to your lifestyle.

It takes at least year to 2 years to start seeing results.

Do not expect too much and start eating all advertised stuff. It ruins your body.

weight peragaru ante. you are doing a 12 minute mile. nenu ante chesevadini :-) . running valla pedda use vundadu unless you run a lot or run super fast 9 minute mile. if you have time constraint and don't want to run 6-8 miles everyday something like focus t25 or p90x3 will be better in a shorter time.

Belly fat is the hardest fat in the body. It takes really really hard F## to get rid of it. You cannot even reduce mm with diet or nimmakaya technics.

Move your ass.. get on road.. run, play HIT games like tennis , soccer.. Be active.. lift weight.. change you body..

Still, you see your belly fat hanging like goat beard. You need get F##k the fat. Swim,run , diet , lift weight and eat.
