I am not sure even if one guy will be benefited from my statement, still I will tell it ..

there are instances where i borrowed money for 2/2.5/3/3.25 rs and invested in AP RE, I have seen an excellent RE boom in Hyd, I was a part of it and en-chased & I am one who had a once in life time opportunity to invest and Gain from Amaravathi

now I am giving this statement... if you have 80% of your investment and barrow just 20% @ 2Rs still you will be at loss

if you just want to expect 1Rs interest and wait for 3/5 years you can choose and pick some lands

and best thing is Waite
