ledu bro, we had our own grouo, another friend and his kids and me and my kids, yeah knees vaasipoyayi down hill, i didnt exactly know how many kms we did, they did give us some kind of a passport certifying as trekkers or some crap like that i guesss it should have the total distance we did, oka saari check chesthaa intiki velli yes we had two porters and two guides with us, and we definitely over packed since we had our own backpacks to lug with us , but overall amazing epxerience my boys ae bent on doing everest base camp now, i dont think i can handle that though i do train atleast 4 days a week and then either run or bike a few miles over the weekend, but nothing very hard core, if you are considering doing it, fidn a nice group of friends and go will definitely be lot enjoyable | ||

annapurna circuit trek ne guruji, planning the annapurna base camp next year climbing up wasnt that hard, but climb down doola teeripoyindi, the itinerary was day 1 kathmandu, day 2 fly to pokhara, by road to nayapul from there and the trek started there day 2 night in theekedunga day 3 night in gore pani day4 night in tadapani, we did the poon hill trek the same day and came down day 5 in ghandruk day 6 back to pokhara day 7 ride to chitwan national forest day 8 all day raftin on the trishuli river, half way during the raft trip, stopped for lunch by the river bank day 9 back to kathmandu day 10 delhi exciting nepal was the tour guide, they did a very good job , they do other tours as well, lots of options preparation ante pedda emi ledhu, was in decent fitness, carried a lot of energy bars and caffeine shots to keep it going, day 2 was hard but got acclmatised pretty quickly | ||

cj bhai good luck, you are going to experience something divine, recently did a 10 day trek trip to annapurna circuit with my boys, my hd did the manas sarovar trip with her parents during the same time, she could only do the first day of parikrama since the weather deteriorated after that and was forced to return heard some amazing things from other people who have done it too, yes might seem like scifi but apparently no one has ever bathiki batta katting who tried to go to the top off mt kailash sivudu tho nataakalu levu, apaprently dont know whether fact or fiction, chinese forces tried air dropping to the summit a few times, dikku divanam ledhu whenever they tried , none returned .. the dip in manas sarovar itself was pretty amazing apparently, will try going next time fish tail mountain is another one whch you arent allowed to scale, since it is very religious for the local people overall felt amazed since nepal is the only official hindu country in the world and they dont let you •••• around like we do with our gods in india, very proud and friendly people and himalayas lo edo magic undi, there is a sense of peace like no where else | ||

by god's grace and guru's aseervadam, this year got permit (as of now) and need to get it stamped as Visa in Nepal for Manasa Sarovar yatra. I have been looking for this since few years and got the permit this year. Apart from parikrama, there will be poojas, homam and other things done at Manasa Sarovaram lake. If anyone wants their gotra namalu to be read there feel free to pass on your gotra naamalu to cinejeevidb@gmail.com. I don't need your ID against your name. Just gotram, name and if you want can add dharma patni, pillalu otherwise will be chanted as saha kutumbaanam. Due to long association with DB and knowing some in person I feel this is the least I can do. Trip starts next week and I will be sleeping in a while now. will check my mails tomorrow IST and if this thread is made alive will post. |
